How much does shipping cost?
We offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. If your total order amount is over $50, shipping will be free.
What payment methods does spainbuys.com accept?
We currently accept credit card and PayPal payments. If you would like to arrange payment using another method, we are happy to assist you with your request!

Is it safe to shop online at support@spainbuys.com?
Absolutely! We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures the secure transmission of your personal information over the internet. We do not store credit card details nor do we share your personal information with third parties.
However, if you are still concerned about placing your order, please contact support@spainbuys.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method of placing your order.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at support@spainbuys.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make changes beyond this period.
What happens if I am not at home?
If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also need to go to your local post office to pick up your package if they are unable to deliver it to you.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email support@spainbuys.com
What is a backorder item? Can I cancel my backorder?
A backorder item is an item that you request before it is in our stock. It can be canceled until the order is processed. To cancel, you can email us at support@spainbuys.com
I ordered a backorder set, will it be shipped separately?
We will ship your order as soon as all items are available. If you would like to receive the item in stock before placing a preorder, please email us at support@spainbuys.com
What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days.
Items must be in their original condition with the return label and hygiene seal in place. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
spainbuys.com offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
All returns can be sent to our US returns warehouse.
How do I request a refund?
Requesting a refund has never been easier!
We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days. To initiate a return, simply email us at support@spainbuys.com using the email address you used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please note that we cannot refund the initial shipping costs for returned products, except for defective items. We also cannot refund return shipping costs.
Once we receive the items, we will either send you a new part or refund your money (item price excluding original shipping cost).
We are not responsible for the loss of returned items. We recommend using an authorized postal service to return products and follow the tracking information.
What happens if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
We work hard to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have any concerns about a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@spainbuys.com so that we can look into the matter urgently.
