We offer express shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
What payment methods does spainbuys.com accept?
We currently accept credit card and PayPal payments. If you would like to use a different payment method, we are happy to help!

Absolutely! We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures the secure transmission of your personal information over the internet. We do not store credit card information, nor do we share your personal information with third parties.

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@spainbuys.com within 8 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot make any changes.
What happens if I'm not home?
If you are not home, the delivery will be rescheduled the next day, or the courier will contact you to reschedule (depending on the country and the chosen delivery method).
You may also need to collect your package from your local post office if they are unable to deliver it.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received this email, please contact support@spainbuys.com.
What is a backordered item? Can I cancel my backorder?
A backordered item is an item you request before it's in stock. It can be canceled until the order is processed. To cancel, email us at support@spainbuys.com.
I ordered a backorder kit. Will it be shipped separately?
We will ship your order as soon as all items are available. If you would like to receive the item before pre-order, please email us at support@spainbuys.com.
What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days.
Items must be in their original condition and include the return label and hygiene seal. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
spainbuys.com offers a full refund (item price less original shipping costs).
All returns can be sent to our US returns warehouse.
How do I request a refund?
Requesting a refund has never been easier!
We offer a hassle-free return within 14 days. To initiate a return, simply send us an email to support@spainbuys.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Use the email address you used for your order.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs for returned products, except for defective items. We also cannot refund return shipping costs.
Once we receive the items, we will either send you a new part or refund the purchase price (item price less the original shipping costs).
We are not responsible for the loss of returned items. We recommend using an authorized postal service for the return shipment and tracking.
What happens if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
